The mission statement of the Resident Advisory Board (RAB) is: “Families and Forest City working together to build stronger military communities through our combined efforts to communicate, participate and create memorable experiences in neighborhoods you are proud to call home.”

The RAB is not new, but we are excited to have redeveloped it to better fit the needs of our residents and Forest City. As such, at each housing location we are recruiting for a community-wide president and secretary, as well as a vice-president from each major neighborhood, and individual RAB members who will represent the smaller neighborhoods in which they reside.

This is a great opportunity for you to join the process and help to build a stronger military community. You will serve as an active liaison between Forest City and the community and help to promote positive and neighborly resolutions to resident concerns, just to name a few of the duties. You are rewarded with the knowledge that you are providing a voice for the community and helping to create a place that everyone is proud to call home.
