Naval Air Station Whidbey Neighborhoods
Northwest of Seattle and southwest of the San Juan Islands, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island is located in the city of Oak Harbor, the island's premier waterfront community.
Nestled between the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges, Whidbey Island offers majestic views and more than 200 miles of shoreline. The island community offers a wide variety of recreational activities including beachcombing, shopping, hiking, fishing, boating, biking and golfing.
Unique in the Pacific Northwest, the island's temperatures seldom fall below freezing or exceed 80 degrees. Since Whidbey Island is located in the rain shadow of the Olympics, it receives less than half the average rainfall of Seattle.
Naval Station Everett Neighborhoods
Our Naval Station Everett communities are situated in four diverse locations, each with its own distinct charm and character. They include the Jim Creek Recreational Facility near Arlington, about one and a half hours north of Seattle; Brier, a town about 15 miles north of Seattle in Snohomish County; Fort Lawton, located in Seattle in Discovery Park, in the city's Magnolia neighborhood; and our newest community, Constitution Park, located in Lake Stevens, about 15 minutes east of Naval Station Everett.
Like all of our other Sound communities, our East Sound homes provide residents with the best that the region has to offer, with proximity to the bustle and diversity of the city combined with breathtaking views of water and mountains, along with a wide range of recreational activities year 'round.
