Description:
Resident may terminate their lease at the expiration date by giving FCRM at least thirty (30) days
notice before the expiration date listed on the lease agreement. Or, if the lease has renewed
on a month-to-month basis, at least twenty (20) days notice before the end of the calendar month. 
This lease will terminate if the resident is no longer active duty military.
