Description:
Guests and visitors are always welcome, but you are responsible for their conduct. If conduct of a guest or visitor violates these rules, you are expected to advise the person of the violation. Guests must be registered with the Neighborhood Management Office if staying longer than 48 hours. Written approval is required for all guests staying over 30 days. Guests with a vehicle must register their vehicle with the Neighborhood Management Office.

Written permission from the resident must be given to FCRM to permit persons or companies to have access to their home for delivery or service.

Description:
Residents shall notify the Neighborhood Management Office (NMO) in writing of any absences from the home in excess of 14 consecutive days. Resident shall make arrangements for a representative to have access to and take responsibility for the home and to notify the NMO of the name and contact information for each representative.
