July 2008 Construction Update

Forest City will have completed 61 new single family homes at our Oriole neighborhood on July 15th. At Crescent Harbor Phases I & II, our construction contractors are actively working on 126 single family homes with a goal to complete the first group of 15 homes on August 18th. Demolition of several old homes remains at Crescent Harbor, however starting at the end of July, 14 multifamily buildings will be demolished to make room for 35 new single family homes. Above you will see an aerial photo of Crescent Harbor Phase I. We hope that you are as excited about all the new home construction as we are!
