Forest City Military Communities, LLC (FCMC) was established to focus on and participate in the privatization of military family housing – creating and revitalizing neighborhoods for our nation’s service members and their families across the country. We are dedicated to the singular vision of enhancing the quality of life of military families through superior homes and welcoming neighborhoods. Locally, FCMC is the managing member in a partnership with the Department of the Navy to manage, maintain and revitalize neighborhoods for Navy Region Northwest, including the North, East, and West Sounds.
